Kshamtalaya Foundation, a not for profit organization which was initiated in 2016, is committed to reimagining educational structure and practices wit Read morehin local communities. We realize the current education system and their circumstances, have rendered a lot of classrooms learning obsolete and irrelevant. The work that we propose is aimed at establishing the significance of learning in the lives of children and the community owning this agenda of learning. We also believe that local communities have been progressively alienated from schools over the last many years. The wider the gap between local communities and schools, the more difficult it is to create a learning system that is in tune with the needs of the community and relevant. We wish to create spaces that are open and welcoming of dialogues between groups of people interested in their children’s learning and betterment of their own communities.

Cluster Excellence Learning Labs (C.E.L.L)
The goal is for every school in a cluster to exhibit exceptional governance and comprehensive learning. The intervention's principal goal is to leverage specialised domain-level expertise to establish a centre of excellence in every school. Through weekly coaching and demonstration on thematic learning, sports, social, emotional, and ethical learning, as well as community leadership, each school will be assisted in achieving excellence in holistic learning and effective governance. This demonstration will be conducted at a high intensity using a fellowship model.

Project Diganth
Together, Kshamtalaya and Educate for Life are assisting two underperforming rural secondary schools in Kotra, an administrative district of Rajasthan, India, to turn them into successful secondary institutions that can serve as models for other educational institutions. Pupils attending these schools will receive assistance finishing their secondary education and making the transition to adulthood as productive, socially and economically engaged members of society.
