Supervasi offers the Pratigya Apprenticeship for Community Transformation (PACT), a two-year residential programme designed to empower Adivasi youth to contribute to their community's development. PACT encompasses diverse community programmes, including education, healthcare, sanitation, and reforestation. Supervasi covers the programme's infrastructure, accommodation, food, training, and equipment expenses. It conducts awareness campaigns and seminars in Adivasi villages to identify deserving candidates.
