Its mission is to uplift the lives of the economically and socially underprivileged, focusing on livelihood development for the most vulnerable segments of society. In response to the pandemic's second wave, KF has launched the "Need of the Hour Campaign," taking effective action to combat the crisis and assist various state administrations. The organisation also plays a crucial role in expanding medical resources and providing beds and medical equipment to impoverished patients and hospitals. KF further extends support through oxygen sourcing and distribution, medication procurement, setting up COVID treatment centres, and facilitating transportation of essential supplies.
