To achieve this goal, the Foundation operates Youth Resource Centres in underdeveloped districts, providing students with valuable information, mentoring, and coaching. The organisation recognizes that providing students from historically marginalized communities with access to higher education can help reduce inequality and improve social mobility. It is committed to easing access to higher education and leadership opportunities through its work with rural and tribal students, offering them the support and guidance they need to succeed. Its founder has received several awards and recognitions, including being nominated as CNN India of the Year 2022, receiving the Chevening Scholarship from the Foreign Commonwealth Department UK and being recognized as Forbes 30 under 30 among India's most influential young people. The foundation has also been featured in news articles in “The Print” and “TOI” for its efforts in placing first-generation learners from underprivileged communities into top institutes.
