The Kaarigar Doctor Programme invites professionals from different backgrounds, including engineers, financial analysts, marketing managers, writers, content creators, photographers, and more, to join as fellows. These fellows, known as Kaarigar Doctors, contribute their knowledge and skills to support and strengthen rural communities. The role of Kaarigar Doctors is to provide specialized support and guidance to artisans in their respective areas of expertise.

The Business Health Checkups component of the project aims to support artisan businesses by providing them with business analysis and consultancy services. Artisans have the opportunity to have their practices and strategies evaluated by industry experts, financial analysts, and art entrepreneurs. These evaluations help assess the overall health and progress of their enterprises. The project aims to train four cohorts of 25 artisans each year.

Kaarigar Ki Dukaan is an online marketplace that offers a wide range of unique artisanal products created by craftspeople from various regions of the country. The marketplace provides buyers with a transparent and reliable shopping experience, showcasing exclusive handcrafted items. By connecting all stakeholders in today's hyper-global digital world, Kaarigar Ki Dukaan aims to strengthen the voice of craftspeople and promote their traditional skills. The marketplace serves as a platform for artisans to showcase and sell their products to a global audience

Ravivari is an online platform that takes inspiration from the local market concept in Ahmedabad. Ravivari opens only for 24 hours every Sunday, starting at midnight and ending at 12 PM. During this limited time, artisans registered on the platform have the opportunity to publish and sell their unique products.
