  • Vasundhara Programme

Recognizing the pressing issue of declining natural resources and deforestation, Ninad Foundation launched the Vasundhara programme. Understanding the severity of the situation where trees are being cut down and urbanization threatens green spaces, the Foundation took action. It observed the national forest regulations mandating a minimum of 33.33% forest cover in every state, with Maharashtra only at 16.50% in 2019. Its programmes focus on local tree planting and conservation alongside initiatives for the development of both the environment and farmers in the region.
