    District

Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, many students faced challenges with remote learning and accessing educational material. To address this issue, Gully Classes Foundation converted an old and closed government school into a Library and Reading Room, which now serves as a safe and accessible space for more than 70 students on a daily basis.

  • Gully Classes

Gully Classes Foundation is dedicated to providing primary education to underprivileged children. Through our transformative program, "Gully Classes," we identify kids who face barriers like financial constraints, lack of documentation, or parental awareness hindering their access to education. We bridge this gap by supporting their enrollment in nearby government schools and providing after-school tuition, fostering a nurturing environment where these young minds can flourish.
    1. Identifying Potential Scholars: Yearly surveys are conducted to identify children in underprivileged communities who are not attending school due to various challenges. We prioritize kids struggling with financial issues, needing more proper documentation, or having parents unaware of the importance of education.
    2. Facilitating Enrollment in Government Schools: Once we identify the potential scholars, our dedicated team assists them in getting admission to nearby government schools. We believe every child deserves a chance at a quality education, and by ensuring their enrollment.
    3. Providing After-School Tuition: GCF goes beyond mere enrollment. We understand that some children may need extra support to catch up with their peers. That is why we offer after-school tuition classes, where qualified and caring educators provide personalized attention, helping them bridge the learning gap and excel academically.
    4. Fostering Holistic Development: Our commitment extends beyond academics. GCF organize weekly sessions designed to nurture the overall development of these young minds. These sessions include extracurricular activities, art, and interactive learning, enriching their education and encouraging creativity and critical thinking.
    5. Creating a Supportive Environment: At Gully Classes, a supportive environment is crucial to a child's educational journey. We foster a sense of belonging and inclusivity, encouraging children to build strong bonds with their peers, teachers, and mentors.
