  • Women entrepreneurship

    Aspiring female entrepreneurs confront numerous challenges. Societal limitations and financial constraints hinder their business ambitions. Lack of knowledge about starting and running a business adds to these barriers. Overcoming these hurdles requires leveraging available resources. The organisation collaborates with the Small Help Group, empowering them with businesses like candle making, pickle making, chocolate making, and stitching. The organisation partners with a group of 20 women who create these products.

  • Legal awareness and human rights

    Well being aids indigent jail inmates facing legal expenses. The team assists those who served their sentence but need help for release due to penalties. Research reveals some remain incarcerated due to financial constraints and lack of legal awareness. The organisation covers their release fees, thus helping their release. Additionally, the organisation conducts community meetings to educate people about legal rights, enabling improved lifestyles.

  • Health and hygiene

    Well Being conducts awareness sessions in schools, parks, malls, and the community. It especially addresses malnutrition concerns among children. Emphasizing the connection between health and hygiene, it underscores the importance of sanitation and good hygiene practices for overall well-being.

  • Food for well-being distribution

    Basic needs like shelter, clothing, and food are vital for society. Well Being Foundation aids the needy by providing cooked meals. About 5,000 to 10,000 people in Delhi-NCR benefit from fresh food provided by the organisation everyday. Following safety protocols, meals are served Monday to Friday. Amid the pandemic, safety measures are strictly followed, including social distancing and mask distribution, aligning with the foundation's commitment to well-being.

  • Women’s self defence

    State

    The Well Being Foundation prioritizes women's safety due to escalating gender violence. As crimes like rape, kidnapping, and murder surge, self-defence becomes crucial. Addressing this concern, the foundation takes steps for women's empowerment by providing self-defence skills. Seminars in schools have yielded remarkable results, teaching girls to defend themselves effectively. With a commitment to expand its reach, the foundation conducts free one-day self-defence seminars for girls.
