It includes farm-based and services sector training, with Community Development Centers offering courses on professional development. Essar Foundation also assists trainees in establishing new enterprises, enabling access to seed capital, and creating business opportunities. Over 500 supported enterprises in India and Africa have contributed to community development and economic growth.

The Foundation is committed to addressing these issues by implementing education projects in these underserved areas. It aims to nurture students' curiosity through practical teaching methods and has built schools in remote locations, benefiting over 10,000 students. Additionally, it offers scholarships to underprivileged and differently-abled students, supports school improvement programmes, and provides teachers with training to enhance educational quality. The Foundation also encourages creative teaching methods and promotes lifelong learning through the AVID program, fostering personal growth and entrepreneurial skills in adults.
