Upring Foundation is a non-governmental organization (NGO), registered under Section 13 subsection 2 of Madhya Pradesh Society Registration Act 1973 ( Read moreAct No. 44 of 1973), whose registration number is 21995 which was registered on 21/11/2017. The amendment date is 28/11/2019. the organization works for ‘the cause and care of disadvantaged older persons to improve their quality of life’ upring foundation envisions a society where elderly have the right to an active, healthy and dignified life. The organization’s programs are focused on direct interventions in the areas of Healthcare Agecare (senior citizen care homes and day care centres), Disaster Response (e.g. covid19 relief response), skill development ( free basic computer training and sculpture training).


Issue

Senior citizens lead a disadvantaged due to their age, lack of specific facilities for them and lack of appropriate care.


Action

The organization’s programs are focused on direct interventions in the areas of Healthcare ( senior citizen care homes and day care centres ), Disaster Response (e.g. covid19 relief response).

Programs

  • Tailoring Training Camp

    A one-month tailoring training camp was organized in village Kadwaya with the help of organization volunteers Mrs. Preeti Yadav and her family, in which 75-80 mothers and sisters from nearby areas took training and taught sewing related tips to the candidates. gone Seeing the dedication of the beneficiaries, some social workers of the village cooperated and provided more sewing machines and other materials to expand the camp. In the closing program of the camp, the associates were honored by the board members of the organization.

  • Guru Gyan Vardhak Shikshan Sansthan

    Guru Gyan Vardhak Shikshan Sansthan run by the organization is completing three years of operation in Isagarh city. Provided free education to 55 children. Weekly exams were conducted to check the educational level of children and weak children were given separate training so that they could generalize their knowledge. Some teachers have given their free cooperation to provide free education, which is very commendable, as well as the office bearers of the organization worked hard for this work.

  • Om Computer Free Training Center

    Om Computer Free Computer Center Sarvodaya Art Training Center is completing three years of operation in the city of Isagarh, which was run from May to July in Ward No. 3, behind Tehsil, in which 84 children were trained. Many philanthropic computer teachers Shubham Tyagi, Himanshu Soni, Shivani Sharma and Shivani Rathore provided free service in the center for whom the organization expresses gratitude.

  • Sarvodaya Free Art Training Center

    Three years of operation of Sarvodaya Art Training Center in Isagarh city are being completed by the organization, in which about 30-35 children were given free training in arts like painting, sculpture, rangoli and mehndi. Our art skill in-charge Ms. Jyoti Bairagi selflessly decorated the children with her arts with hard work and dedication. The organization wishes such a great woman artist a bright future.

  • Har Ghar Tricolor Program

    For the Har Ghar tiranga program, about 100 children, members of the organization, office bearers and people around hoisted the tiranga flag and administered the oath of respect to our national flag tiranga. National / International Day, Cultural, Religious Festival and Jubilee Program of Great Persons - On Independence Day, children of Guru Gyanvardhak Shikshan Sansthan, Om Computer and Sarvodaya Art Training Center, from 15 days before Independence Day, national anthem, dance, patriotic songs and daughter Bachao Beti Padhao drama training was given, after which very attractive presentations were given by the children in the Independence Day program. The chief guest in the program, Women and Child Development Officer of Isagarh Development Block Bharti Uike and CMO Narendra Jatav awarded the children and 35 children were given special training in music and dance by the organization on Republic Day and the vigorous presentations of the children on Republic Day impressed the people.

  • Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao Program

    Son, daughter are equal, daughter is the pride of India campaign, the organization organized Beti Bachao Beti Padhao programs from time to time, about 26 daughters through one month sewing training organized in Kadwaya. Made them self-reliant by teaching them tailoring, painting, sculpture, rangoli and mehndi etc. to 25 girls, gave computer training to 40 which instilled confidence in them. The government is also making a lot of efforts to make the daughters independent and self-reliant, supporting which the organization has made the daughters aware. Our woman and daughter in-charge Mrs. Vimlesh Purohit while addressing the program said that according to the talent of the son and daughter Both should be given equal opportunities to teach and move forward, now the time has changed, daughters are no less than sons.

  • Children's Day Program

    The organization organized the Children's Day program in which the teachers of all the three training centers. Entertained them with various activities and made them aware of their rights and duties. About 150 children participated in the program, among whom a debate competition was conducted, after which all the children were felicitated by giving flowers and fruit plants for the protection of the environment and administered an oath to protect the plants.

  • Energy Literacy Day Program

    Wall writing was done by the organization for energy literacy and public awareness, as well as on Energy Literacy Day people were explained about energy saving and informed about the use of solar energy.

  • Handicapped Promotion Program

    Our Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has addressed the disabled as Divyang, which has changed the attitude of the people to see the disabled as divine, that is, a special creation of God. The organization organized programs for the benefit of the disabled and distributed materials according to their needs. Our expert Rishi Ojha said that we all should help the disabled. On the occasion of International Old Age Day, the founder of the organization, Gurudayal Sharma along with the whole family presented a wheel chair to Mr. Harnam Singh Gurjar living in the old age home and a walker to Nandlal Lodhi. The organization has organized programs from time to time to give benefits to the eligible disabled people by publicizing the schemes of the government which are working today for the benefit of the disabled.

  • Painting, Sculpture, Mehndi and Rangoli Competition Program

    Rangoli, Sculpture, Mehndi and Painting etc. competitions were organized by the organization on various national and cultural days or festivals, in which the children of the three training centers of the organization participated and gave a unique introduction to their art. Our art skill expert Ms. Jyoti Bairagi played an important role in these competitions.

  • Drug de-addiction program/campaign

    Under Nasha Chhodo, Parivar Jodo program, the organization organized de-addiction programs in the surrounding areas of Chanderi, Ashoknagar, Piprai and Mungawali, in which the members of the organization were told about the harm caused by drugs and advised to stay away from drugs. About 280 beneficiaries participated in the programme. Addressing the program, our expert Jagdish Adivasi said that drug addiction has given birth to many social evils and the entire society has to bear the loss.

  • Old Age Welfare Program

    The committee organized old age welfare programs in the surrounding areas of Tehsil Chanderi, Tagari, Vikrampur, Sonter, Khagal, Ludha Ya, Pranpur, Khaira, Rajghat etc. The people present in the program were administered an oath that Do not leave your old parents on the streets, support them till the end of their life and if there are any old people in your village or identity who have no one, send them to the address of the old age home mentioned in the pamphlet, otherwise contact us and send them to the old age home. Cooperate with them. Old age welfare programs were organized in the areas of Mungaoli and Ashoknagar and many colonies of Isagarh in which many poor, fasting, laborers and destitute elders participated SDM Mr. Vijay Singh Yadav ji cooperated with the organization in getting the pension approved for the elderly in Vradrashram run by the organization in Isagarh.

  • Cleanliness program

    In village Bamnavar, Ganeshkheda, a cleanliness awareness program was organized under the Ghure Hatao, Rangoli Banao program in which our cleanliness in-charge many social workers participated and gave a big shape to the campaign and made the program aware of cleanliness by going from village to village. The donors were thanked by the president of the organization, Ms. Neetu Sahu. In our country, special emphasis has been given on cleanliness for many years, due to which our country and society have improved a lot and the organization's further goal is that in the coming year, the cleanliness campaign will be taken further, in which 240 people of the village, including social workers, have participated.

  • Traffic Safety Awareness Program

    Every person needs transport, so it is necessary to have complete knowledge and caution related to transport, for this purpose, the organization has organized traffic awareness programs in the city and rural areas to increase awareness of road safety and traffic rules. Launched a campaign under which programs were organized at major intersections of the city. Along with the launch of the awareness campaign, various methods were adopted for the promotion of helmets while driving two wheelers and other traffic rules and to increase awareness about road safety, pamphlets were also distributed. An appeal was also made to install radium tape on the rear side of tractor-trolley, truck, mini truck etc. 137 people of the village including social workers participated in the program and made the program successful.

  • Tree Plantation Program

    Trees provide us life-giving oxygen, so we should plant more and more trees. Organization members planted 500 saplings on old age home premises, Shantidham, Gaushala rest house and temples. Madhya Pradesh Jan Abhiyan Parishad's District Coordinating Officer Mr. Anita Jatav said that we have become the father of many harmful gases due to our comforts, due to which depletion of ozone layer, global warming and many other dangers have been promoted. We are engaged in making fields, grounds and houses by indiscriminately harvesting the environment, due to which we are not able to get even pure air today. 370 social workers of the area including government officials participated in the program.

  • Women Empowerment Program

    40-50 women have become self-sufficient by learning sewing, computer etc., women have given a new direction to the society with their dedication and hard work. Our expert Mrs. Urmila Sharma while addressing the women in the program said that if we want, we can make the house like a heaven, the good or bad of the house is the result of our actions only. The saying is not false that the gods reside in the house where there are women. Station in-charge Mrs. Deepti Tomar described women as the form of Durga herself. Women and child development in-charge Bharti Uike said that a woman is never weak and powerless, she has the power to destroy the enemies, women are no longer weak, they are strong, we have to take the society far ahead. Madhu Ojha said that when a woman can do great work like giving birth to a child, then no work is too big for her.

  • Yoga training program

    - On the occasion of International Yoga Day, from June 01 to June 21, do yoga, stay healthy, in Tehsil Isagarh, Kadwaya, Ganeshkheda, Gahora, Chhapra, Saunter, Ludhaya, Barai, Halanpur and Mungavali in Tehsil Chanderi. Yoga training camps were organized in many villages and countless benefits of yoga and importance of yoga were explained. Our yoga expert Mr. Ujjwal Dwivedi while addressing the program said that yoga is as important as food in our life. We have been getting to learn the importance of yoga since ancient times, so we should make yoga an important part of our daily routine. With yoga, not only the body remains healthy, but the mind also remains completely healthy. Children were given yoga training by the organization by going to various schools. In the program, according to children, women, elderly and disabled, easy postures of yoga were told, which everyone can do anywhere, anytime according to their convenience and protect themselves from various diseases.

  • Cultural Program

    The culture of our country is a great culture, whose excellence is attractive, whose identity is recognized all over the world and it is our ultimate duty to maintain it. Many cultural programs were organized by the institution on the occasion of various days and anniversaries, in which the culture of our country was exposed through the arts of dance, music, rangoli, mahendi etc., as well as the training of various arts through our Sarvodaya art training given. In the address of the program, the president of the institution, Introducing the culture of our country, Ms. Neetu Sahu said that our country has been recognizing many cultural arts and the culture of our country is different and unique as compared to other countries, it has a different juice, enthusiasm, therefore We should work unitedly from time to time to make our family, village and country aware of our culture

  • Farmer Awareness Program

    An awareness program was organized by the organization to give information related to agriculture to the farmers, in which our farmer expert Gurudayal Sharma while addressing the farmers said that we should follow the prescribed rules from soil testing to harvesting only then only We can do agriculture with reasonable profit. 61 farmers benefited through this program

  • Transgender's Welfare Program

    The organization worked for the education of transgenders, in which they were taught to read and write Hindi and English, as well as motivated to get Aadhaar card, in which Bhavna Yadav Mausi of Isagarh expressed gratitude to the organization.

  • Kusum Vatika / Nursery

    A nursery named Kusum Vatika Nursery has been established in the garden premises of Apna Ghar Old Age Ashram run by the organization, in which saplings of different types of fruits, flowers, vegetables, trees, branches etc. are being prepared. Beautiful flowers, fruit trees, graceful shrubs etc. have also been planted which are adding beauty to the institution and the old age home.

  • Your own library / reading room

    In the Om Computer Free Training Center run by the organization, a library was established in the name of your own library / reading room, in which various types of spiritual, informative, educative, scientific approach, law, entertainment, yoga, pranayama, life Books on style, personality development, great person and personality etc. have been collected in which interested children, youth, old people, and women come and pass their time with entertainment.
