Activities encompass sustainable agriculture, natural resource management, and enhancing farmers' income by adding value to their produce. An upcoming priority involves researching modern cultivation methods to equip the agrarian community for future climate challenges.

It concentrates on ensuring compliance with national laws concerning free education for individuals under 14 years old and the prohibition of child labour. By targeting children from birth to age 18, it strives to make education accessible to those historically excluded from this provision. A significant endeavour of RCHSS involves combatting child labour in the brick kiln industry, resulting in the transition of over 12,000 children from labour to formal education. Plans include implementing vocational skills training for children above 14 years old who surpass the age limit for free schooling.
