  • Skill Development Programme

    The organisation operates various skill development programmes for youth and employee training through its Training and Placement Division. With a team comprising Master Trainers, Trainers, Assistant Trainers, and Placement Officers, it boasts 26 staff members, including full-time, part-time, and voluntary workers, who bring extensive experience in working with underprivileged communities. They have been instrumental in fostering community participation, decentralization, accountability, and professionalism, while also enhancing service delivery and organisational systems. Over time, it has developed robust infrastructure and conducive working environments to support its activities.

    The organisation supports disadvantaged individuals in building inclusive, economically viable communities.
