Tender Heart Education Society recognises the importance of empowering women to break free from the constraints of patriarchy, inequality, illiteracy, and poverty. By providing professional skills and opportunities, it strengthens their financial security and independence. These empowered women now produce a range of handcrafted products, including handbags, laptop cases, scarves, jewelry, and home furnishings. Despite initial challenges, Tender Heart persists in its mission, likening the barriers faced by women to ice walls that melt away with perseverance and empowerment. The project not only impacts the local community positively but also attracts numerous women seeking employment opportunities, reinforcing its significance.
