Through collaborations with government departments, financial institutions, and over 200 voluntary organisations nationwide, IRRWS implements various programmes to uplift rural populations. A dedicated team of young professionals ensures the timely execution of projects, regardless of scale or complexity. Established in Ramkrishnapally, Islampur, IRRWS operates administrative offices equipped with modern facilities and technology to support its mission. With a focus on health, education, and rights awareness, the society empowers rural residents through skill development, knowledge dissemination, and economic opportunities. Its vision is to evolve into a leading resource centre for sustainable development, fostering social empowerment, economic growth, and community resilience in the 21st century.

Rural Development & Livelihood Programme
IRRWS conducts diverse rural development programmes, including agricultural projects like LIFE, enhancing crop production and livelihoods. It collaborates with various organisations for initiatives such as DFW and COVID-19 relief, school shoe distribution, digitization of SHGs, and pre-school nutrition programmes. Additionally, it supports farmers with organic seeds and manure, and distributes blankets to the needy, emphasizing its dedication to rural welfare and development.

Education Programme
The Islampur Ramkrishnapally Rural Welfare Society (IRRWS) operates educational programmes to uplift the community. Through its Computer Application, Business Accounting & Multilingual DTP Centre (CABA-MDTP Centre), sponsored by NCPUL, it offers a diploma course in computer applications, benefiting 110 students, particularly those from minority backgrounds, by providing quality education and employment opportunities. Additionally, it runs the National Children Academy, catering to over 200 students from impoverished families, ensuring access to quality education. Moreover, IRRWS extends educational assistance to underprivileged students, distributing essential supplies like books, school bags, and pens, reflecting its commitment to promoting education among the less privileged.
