Programs

  • SDG2-Zero Hunger

In the pursuit of achieving SDG2-Zero Hunger, initiatives are undertaken to facilitate farmer's clubs and organizations, with a focus on promoting organic and climate-resilient farming practices aimed at reducing post-harvest losses. These efforts aim to empower farmers by providing them with the necessary resources, training, and support to adopt sustainable agricultural methods that enhance food security and contribute to the eradication of hunger. Through the establishment and promotion of farmer's clubs and organizations, collaborative efforts are fostered to address challenges related to agricultural productivity and food sustainability.

  • CSS Wash In Schools Project

The CSS WASH in Schools Project, undertaken in collaboration with UNICEF, aims to enhance WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) indicators across all schools in the districts of Cooch Behar and South 24 Parganas in West Bengal, totaling 12,345 schools. Through this initiative, improvements in WASH facilities are anticipated, with the incorporation of COVID-19 protocols to ensure the safety and functionality of schools upon reopening. By focusing on these essential aspects, the project endeavors to create conducive and hygienic learning environments that promote the well-being and health of students and staff alike.
