Neofusion Creative Foundation, founded by Dr. Anubhooti, aims to address issues like school dropouts and lack of career guidance among underprivileged Read more students. It started with educational workshops and summer camps in Jaipur in 2013, expanding to establish centres in Gurgaon from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, it inaugurated a morning school affiliated with the NIOS board, and in 2022, it launched a computer literacy programme in a government school in Bijnor District, all aimed at bridging social gaps and empowering deprived children. The organisation's mission is to empower underprivileged adolescents and youth through education and employment skill training, aiming for self-sufficiency. Its vision is of a world where disadvantaged youth have overcome poverty through transformation and empowerment.

Community Outreach Programme
The organisation conducts a Community Outreach Programme aimed at providing guidance and education to adolescents. It involves taking arts and life skills classes at Government Schools and other institutions, especially for those unable to visit NeoFusion's premises. Workshops are also held for schools lacking funds for extracurricular activities. The goal is to guide every child towards becoming a productive member of society by addressing issues like bringing migrant and dropout children to school, bridging education gaps, offering career guidance, vocational skill training, and personality development. This initiative has already impacted over 5000 adolescents.

NeoFusion's Programme for School Dropouts aims to educate disadvantaged youth, recognizing economic and social poverty as key factors in their dropout rates. By offering free summer camps, educational support, and classes in theatre, dance, and painting, it seeks to provide them with essential skills and opportunities for employability. Through this initiative, NeoFusion has already impacted over 300 school dropouts, equipping them with both academic knowledge and life skills for a brighter future.
