In the beginning of 2022, Manisha, the founder, joined forces with a group of like-minded individuals, marking the humble commencement of the "Hope fo Read morer Happiness Foundation," a Section 8 registered organization located in Gurgaon. This non-profit entity has initiated several projects, including education for underprivileged children and the distribution of grocery kits for immediate food relief to those in need. The primary objective is to alleviate human suffering and uphold the value of each human life. With a dedicated team, the aspiration is to establish the "Hope for Happiness Foundation" as one of the most reliable humanitarian organizations, driven by a passion to selflessly serve the needs of communities. The organization moves forward with a clear vision and defined goals. Vision • A compassionate world in which social ills and poverty have been eliminated, and all individuals lead lives of dignity. • A joyful world where every child experiences a full and enriching childhood as an integral part of the education system. • A just world where every person has access to fundamental necessities such as food, water, and primary healthcare services. • A harmonious world where women are treated with respect, empowered, and provided equal opportunities for success. • A community that embraces sharing and generosity. • A resilient society where every individual enjoys their human rights without deprivation. • A serene world where equality and dignity are universal principles. • A forward-thinking world that harmonizes with the environment and preserves natural resources. • A nurturing world where humanity respects the intricate balance of the ecosystem and values the diverse community of organisms. Programs

  • Awareness drives on primary healthcare

The Hope for Happiness Foundation educates communities and individuals on essential preventive measures to safeguard against diseases. The interventions take the form of group interactions, family coaching, individual conversations with parents or mothers, aiming to promote preventive healthcare practices, everyday hygiene routines, adoption of healthy and nutritious age-appropriate diets, and practices conducive to the proper development of children. To enhance the emotional well-being of individuals and children, it conducts one-on-one or group interactive sessions, carefully designed to highlight the benefits of activities such as nature walks, laughter therapy, yoga, exercise, and maintaining a healthy diet.
The health awareness initiatives primarily focus on maternal and child health, nutrition, and fostering a positive home environment. HFHF also raises awareness about various health schemes and programs implemented by the central and state governments.

  • Project Padho

At the learning centers, it implements the "Padho" project, meticulously designed for our young learners, aligning with their learning objectives and the overall goals of the program. The project, along with its teaching techniques and learning materials, imparts age-appropriate knowledge to students classified into three broad categories:
    • School dropouts
    • Out-of-school children
    • Children in need of tuition for additional support

  • Choti is Asha

One of the significant projects is "Choti is Asha," through which it distributes grocery kits containing essentials such as rice, flour, pulses, spices, tea, oil, sugar, soaps, etc. These kits are designed to sustain disadvantaged families for 15-30 days. Furthermore, it extends this support to needy children participating in the learning center and enrolled in the "Padho" project. Recognizing that hungry children cannot read, write, play, think, or learn effectively, it ensures that the grocery kits are infused with empathy and love for the vulnerable.

  • Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH)

HFHF conducts awareness campaigns in urban slums and various areas to raise awareness, inform, and educate communities, particularly children, about incorporating WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) practices into their daily lives for better health. Short-term, community-based programs are organized to tackle WASH-related issues, as the absence of these practices can lead to severe health risks, reduce the efficiency of working family members, and burden children, the elderly, and women. Ensuring that children grow up in a clean environment is essential for their overall well-being—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
