Sevalaya runs boys and girls shelter homes for orphans and the destitute. These homes provide food, shelter, education, healthcare and employment opportunities to the inmates and support them till they are settled in life. It has a similar facility to help senior citizens who are looked after and motivated to live a life of dignity and happiness.

Sevalaya regularly invites experts from industry to address its students to help them with career opportunities which has led to youth finding employment. All religions find a place in the Sevalaya campus and prayers and all religious festivals are celebrated with equal fervour.

It also established an integrated campus where destitute children and senior citizens share the same premises increasing bonding between the age groups. It has campuses that are powered by solar energy besides a health centre, catering to the needs of the homes and also serving the healthcare needs of the villages nearby.

The organisation conducts periodic workshops on organic farming promoting organic agriculture and informs the villagers about the merit of living in tune with nature. It maintains a gaushala where cows are protected and nurtured, and the milk from these cows feeds children and elders lodged in its shelter homes.

Its cultural troupes visit the surrounding villages frequently, to generate awareness of social issues. It conducts free medical camps with support from reputed colleges of Indian medicine to provide basic healthcare to rural masses.

Through conducting annual sports events, the organisation exposes its students to the joy of sports that is attended by prominent people who are invited to hand over awards to students who perform well. Its campus is a green zone where children are made aware of waste segregation, recycling, producing organic manure and generation of biogas.

Sevalaya operates a free school imparting value-based education to underprivileged children from neighbouring villages from pre-Kg up to the 12th grade. School Uniforms and books are provided without any charge and transport is provided for primary school students while for higher grades it is enabled with assistance from the local Government.

It runs eight community colleges in the region for rural youth from ages eighteen to twenty-five, to skill them in multiple employable skills. It offers free courses in tailoring, nursing, bakery, AC and refrigerator repairing, lab technician, electrician, beautician, carpentry, and various computing courses.

Soft skills such as interview customs and functional English are also taught to enable good job competencies. It also maintains a library with books on academic subjects and self-help which is free and open to all in the surrounding villages.

To provide food, clothing, shelter, healthcare, hygiene and sanitation for 82 senior citizens across all locations. We engage them in various recreational activities to keep them with good health and happy who can thus enjoy a humane and dignified life in their twilight years.
