Also, it guides children to attain a minimum level of learning through introduction of innovative children education method. Further, it assists in exploring employment opportunities through entrepreneurship development programmes and helps to establish vocational training institutions/centres. Further, it encourages youth to understand and opt for small scale industry schemes for employment opportunities through training and skill development. It also encourages them to take up poultry farming, apiculture, jam and jelly processing, doll making, village pottery, soap making and other works to attain self-sufficiency and financial independence.
