Mahila Housing Trust has made the following impact, serving 1,182 slum settlements and reaching 444,789 households, benefiting a total of 3,908,921 individuals, actively engaging with 886 community-based organisations (CBOs), fostering a membership of 187,603, through its efforts, 16,030 community action group (CAG) leaders have emerged as champions of change, successfully enabling 53,438 households to access potable water, while 59,683 households now have access to improved sanitation facilities, 13,664 households have directly benefited from water management initiatives, In terms of infrastructure, it has helped 181,614 households gain access to grid electricity, while 44,230 households have made investments in energy-saving products, also training 13,770 women as climate resilient specialists and provided training to 21,124 construction workers, certifying 4,893 of them, received Government contracts worth $16.99 million, accessing public resources worth $19.96 million to support poor women, credit co-op members have collectively saved $1.41 million, registration of 23,606 property titles, with 22,269 women securing tenure rights, facilitated 7,711 housing loans, resulting in the improvement of 2 million lives overall.
