Impact

Bardoli Welfare Society has conducted vocational and handicrafts training for 115 individuals, organised 156 health camps, provided training to 79 disabled individuals, and empowered 88 women through development programmes.

Programs

  • Social Welfare Programmes

    Operating in the rural and remote areas of Madhya Pradesh, the organisation aims to address prevalent issues like poverty and illiteracy. Through educational initiatives, technological advancements, and self-sustaining programmes, it attempts to uplift the community. Furthermore, the Society focuses on enhancing healthcare facilities, agricultural practices, and allied fields. Cultural events are also organised to preserve heritage and pass it on to the youth for a better future.

  • Vocational Training Programme

    Bardoli Welfare Society focuses on equipping the youth with vocational skills to foster self-reliance. Through its dedicated institute, the Society offers training to both young men and women, aiming to prepare them for financial independence. The organisation conducts computer literacy programmes and imparts expertise in activities like embroidery, stitching, knitting, and ready-made garment production. These specialized courses are tailored to empower underprivileged and unemployed youths for self-employment. By providing various vocational training programmes, the society aspires to help these young individuals establish stable lives within the community, enabling them to support their families financially.

  • Handicrafts Training Programme

    Bardoli Welfare Society is dedicated to fostering empowerment and self-reliance among women and young men. Through its initiatives, the society offers training programmes designed to equip illiterate women with skills in creating handicrafts such as fabric and wooden toys. This training enables them to generate daily earnings ranging from Rs. 300 to 500, based on their efforts. The organisation not only provides the training but also undertakes marketing activities for these crafted items, participating in exhibitions and Trade Fairs across different states with the support of Government entities such as the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment and the Office of the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts). Through these efforts, disadvantaged women are able to earn a dignified livelihood and lead happier lives.

  • Healthcare Programme

    Bardoli Welfare Society conducts health camps that offer complimentary health check-ups to underprivileged, impoverished, and marginalized individuals. These camps witness visits from doctors as well as regular patient attendance. The camp caters to a diverse demographic, including elderly citizens, youths, women, and children, hailing from nearby slums and remote regions. Comprehensive medical facilities are provided, including free distribution of medicines, vaccinations, and pulse polio vaccinations. The Society goes beyond initial consultations, ensuring follow-up treatments for all patients under the care of dedicated doctors.

  • Training Programme for the Disabled

    Bardoli Welfare Society conducts training programmes for individuals with disabilities, encompassing mental disabilities, multi-disabilities, autism, and cerebral palsy. The Society's aim is to equip these individuals with essential life skills, empowering them to integrate into society and establish their own identity. Through these programmes, they learn vital techniques and activities that enhance their mental and physical abilities. These initiatives not only make their lives more active and engaging but also bring joy and happiness, particularly to children who find fulfilment in participating in these activities.
