Established in 2002, the OM Foundation School offers free quality education, healthcare, and nutrition to children from Noida's urban slums. With an enrolment of about 375 students, it provides English-medium education, a low attrition rate of 5%, free school supplies, and a student-teacher ratio of 21:1. Following the CBSE curriculum, the school has qualified teachers, a professional counsellor, and mentors for underperforming students. It prioritizes the admission of girl children, orphans, and those from single-parent families. The school emphasizes holistic development through co-curricular activities, while also providing nutrition, healthcare, and well-equipped facilities including smart classrooms, a library, a computer lab, and sports areas. Annual events and educational tours further enhance the students' experience.

OM Foundation's College Education programme focuses on sponsoring students for higher education, aiming to prepare them for future challenges and enhance their development opportunities. The programme helps individuals enhance their abilities, develop critical thinking skills, and improve their communication and leadership capabilities. OM Foundation offers monthly aid for travel and stationary expenses to girl students, along with mentoring from industry experts and soft skill training for all students. The programme aims to broaden their knowledge and increase their efficiency to seize future opportunities.

OM Foundation's Skill Development programme empowers disadvantaged youth through industry-specific training to meet the demand for skilled workers. The 4-month programme enhances employability by combining higher education with practical skills. It benefits marginalized communities, unemployed youth, low-income groups, students, and women from urban slums. The curriculum is tailored to individual needs and abilities, guiding students through graduation. The programme focuses on entrepreneurship, computer skills, personality development, English proficiency, and industry-specific training in hospitality, healthcare, retail, sales, marketing, and BPO. The objective is to provide employability training, job assistance, boost confidence, improve productivity, and assist 100 students with job placement.

The Afternoon School programme of OM Foundation aims to bridge the gap in quality education by reaching out to underprivileged students who are unable to enrol in Government or private schools. It also targets school dropouts who are working but wish to complete their education. The objective is to cover 100-200 students aged 12 to 18 years, providing them with an improved understanding of basic subjects and imparting employability skills for higher classes. The programme focuses on registering dropouts under NIOS for certified education, emphasizing major subjects like English, Maths, and Science. Sustained mentoring is provided to establish a strong educational foundation, and computer education is supplemented. The programme also emphasizes value-based education to instil important moral principles in the students.
