Its goal is to promote the sustainable advancement of both rural and urban poor populations while empowering women through a range of initiatives covering Education, Health, Environment, Watershed management, Social awareness, and Community-based rehabilitation. The organisation specializes in supporting Farmers' Producers Organisations (FPOs) and establishing connections with Women Self Help Groups (SHGs). With a dedicated team of knowledgeable staff, board members, and advisers, the group aims to foster a society where everyone, especially the disadvantaged, can live with dignity.
