Recognized by the Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemptions), Ministry of Finance, Government of India, under Section 12AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961, and entitled to donations under Section 80G of the same act, the trust operates to administer the social responsibility initiatives of Sri Ramachandrapura Matha. It focuses on noble societal, educational, and charitable causes, including the establishment of educational infrastructure to cater to societal needs. Vision & Mission: The vision of the Dharma Chakra Trust is to establish Dharma and uplift humanity through spiritual, social, and philanthropic efforts, while its mission encompasses upholding the principles and values of Dharma, initiating humanitarian activities, aiding the needy through charity projects, and reviving the Bharatiya education system by setting up suitable educational infrastructure. Objectives: The trust aims to advance education by establishing and supporting schools, colleges, lecture halls, libraries, and other educational institutions, promoting primary, secondary, and higher education, including technical and medical education, and providing aid for charitable purposes. It is committed to academic excellence and research development, integrating ancient Bharatiya knowledge systems with contemporary education to foster professional competence and capability among students and faculty. Educational Institutions: Under the auspices of the Dharma Chakra Trust, various educational institutions, including schools, colleges, and Veda Pathashalas, operate in Karnataka and Kerala, such as Pragathi Vidyalaya Muroor, Srirama Samskrita Veda Pathashale, Sri Bharathi Vidyapeetha, and Sri Vidyaranya Samskrita Pathashala, among others. These institutions aim to provide quality education rooted in traditional values and contemporary learning methodologies. Other Activities: Additionally, the trust oversees various social projects, including GowShalas, hospitals, temples, and agriculture-related initiatives, while also establishing Vishnugupta VishwaVidyapeetham as a center of excellence in higher education, specializing in Bharatiya knowledge systems and arts with contemporary education.
