Programs

  • Mid-Day Meals

The Midday Meal Scheme was started in 1987 for children from lower-class families.
aimed at impoverished kids from slums.
Boost student performance in the classroom, health, and attendance.
Free noon meals were an incentive that got kids out of the slums and into schools, keeping them away from prostitution, drugs, thievery, and other negative activities.
Throughout the academic year, the Mid-Day Meal Scheme serves hot, freshly prepared meals to impoverished, undernourished children on all school-working days. Before the COVID-19 pandemic closed schools for nearly two academic years, 1772 pupils were fed hot meals in 18 schools.

  • Senior Citizens’ Residence

Our goal is to improve the elderly's quality of life while advancing their independence, dignity, and general well-being. We also prioritise the mental health of senior citizens and offer services that mitigate the negative impacts of social isolation, loneliness, and challenges related to self-care requirements. The building's architecture solves a portion of the loneliness's root cause by offering a large number of bright, airy rooms and hallways. It also demonstrates how effective design can create a supportive community structure. Retaining freedom while fostering involvement and contact is possible for those who live in this retirement community.
