By educating families on gender equality, it aims to eliminate the practice of sending girl children to orphanages, promoting inclusivity and equal opportunities. Its aim is to transform the children residing at Balgram into responsible citizens and compassionate individuals who contribute positively to society.     A newly initiated project in Aurangabad serves as a home for young adults aged 18 and above, transitioning from Sahara Anathalay Pariwar. The project's key objectives include facilitating higher education and vocational training, fostering self-sufficiency by aiding employment opportunities, mentoring them to overcome external challenges, and equipping them with essential life skills for an independent and dignified living.

  • Shramashram Programme

    As a step towards self-sustainability, the project includes leasing a 10-acre farm to cultivate food through agricultural experiments. The generated income will support the sustainability of Balgram. Additionally, the project aims to inspire the younger generation by promoting agriculture and implementing advanced techniques for optimal organic farming practices.

  • Sunderban Programme

    District

    The Sunderban project by AAI Foundation involves planting approximately 400 trees of diverse species along a 3-km road (Balgram-Govindwadi) and ensuring their year-round maintenance and care.

  • Balgram Programme

    District

    A desolate expanse of land, a 3-acre plot serves as a home for 107 children aged 3 to 18, who share meals, play, and commute together in a dedicated school bus to a nearby private school. Under the nurturing guidance of Founders Santosh and his wife Preeti, these children, brought together by chance, form a tightly-knit family, finding solace and affection within the walls of Balgram.
