Ketan, along with his friends, faced a lack of information regarding various entrance exams following grade 12. Whether due to missing exams, incorrectly filled exam forms, or a general unawareness of education avenues, they found themselves uninformed. Motivated by this experience, Ketan took proactive measures, compiling information on major entrance exams and education opportunities after class 12. He published this information as a book titled "Students FUEL," which received widespread appreciation. Driven by a desire to do more, Ketan observed that most entrance exams release guidelines during the peak period from November to February, coinciding with students' preparations for board exams. This led to crucial information being overlooked by many. Consequently, Ketan, along with his friends, initiated sessions for class 12 students, providing comprehensive guidance on all educational opportunities. This included timelines of exams, details of required documents, exam paper patterns, and advice on form filling. This marked the inception of the NGO FUEL (Friends Union for Energizing Lives), which has a mission to be the guiding light for the future of the nation's youth. FUEL is a non-profit organization committed to creating a supportive community for young people. Their vision is to empower the youth, enabling them to become the torchbearers of tomorrow, by offering essential information and the right career opportunities through a dependable one-stop community. The trained staff of FUEL assists students by giving them complete information on all competitive exams due to be held and help them with filling appropriate forms and complete documentation requirements. This leads to less rejections of forms and also directing students towards their chosen career paths. It also offers courses on digital marketing, artificial intelligence, IOT/ big data and 3D printing which prepare students in skills of the future and opportunities for better employment. To identify and support bright and prospective students It conducts a talent search programmes which leads to the selection of students with talent. These selected students are guided through scholarships and preparatory classes that help them excel in academics and direct them towards the right career choice. It offers a 20 day certificate course for students who are interested in pursuing careers as two and three wheeler mechanics. The course prepares the students for Auto Service Technician (ASC/Q1411) qualification and builds entrepreneurs who can manage their own mechanic units. Courses and trainings are also offered for employment in the banking sector like debt recovery agents, business correspondants and business facilitators providing students with interest in commerce and banking areas with much needed guidance and help. 1) HDFC Bank- Future Skills Development of the youth of Maharashtra and Punjab since last 3 years and impacted 10800 youth
2) Standard Chartered Global Business Services: For the last 4 years FUEL is being supported and has supported 6000 youth of Karnataka, especially the North Karnataka region.
3) Citi Bank: In the last 5 years FUEL has supported 48,000+ beneficiaries across Karnataka and Maharashtra through skill development programs in Core Java, AI, and BFSI, and 70% placement is achieved.
4) HDB Financials: Supported in the last 3 years more than 5000 youth from Hyderabad and Maharashtra trained on BFSI Skill Development and 70% placements are achieved.
5) YES Foundation Supported the last 2 years more than 3400 youth from Maharashtra trained in on Future Skill Development and 70% of placements is achieved.
6) Castrol: Supported in the last 4 years more than 5000 roadside mechanics gave training on new technology vehicle maintenance, life skills, financial literacy, digital literacy, health check-ups, and e-shramik registration.
