The Foundation aims to promote voluntary behaviour change by engineering impactful messages, tools, and activities that bring about positive transformations in people's minds. The foundation's goals include fostering an understanding and appreciation of Indian traditional arts and culture, encouraging intercultural artistic dialogues and collaborations, supporting emerging artists, writers, and social entrepreneurs, and providing visibility to indigenous classical dance, music, and instruments through Global Musical Festivals. It also aims to strengthen cultural roots among the younger generation worldwide and enhance the appreciation of Indian arts and music through education and participatory activities for young people. Another significant objective is to empower women, children, and youth in the realms of music and art. To fulfil its mission, it supports and nurtures young talents in dance, music, instruments, arts, and crafts through various awards, cash prizes, scholarships, and fellowships. Additionally, it develops and fosters an appreciation for Indian arts and culture through educational programmes, cultural orientations, and outreach initiatives aimed at children and young people.

Programs

  • Global Musical Festival at Heritage Site – “Kalanjali”

    Following the emergence of the new normal, the Oasis Foundation has been hosting the "Kalanjali" Global Musical Festival at various heritage sites in India. Throughout the year, these conferences bring together artists from around the world to showcase their talents. In May 2022, the Foundation organised the Jagannath Festival at the Annapurna Theater, located within the Jagannath Temple in Puri, Odisha. Furthermore, in December 2022, the Foundation hosted "Kalanjani-II" at the UNESCO World Heritage site of Khajuraho in Madhya Pradesh.

  • Education Programme

    Mission Education, an educational programme by Oasis Foundation, offers basic education and healthcare services to underprivileged children. It firmly believes that education is not only a pathway to a better life but also an empowering tool for individuals to secure their livelihoods. By providing access to education, Mission Education aims to equip disadvantaged children with the necessary skills and knowledge to improve their futures.

  • Food Provide for all @Rs 6 Programme

    The Oasis Foundation annually distributes over 5000 lunch packs in phases to underprivileged communities in the tribal villages of Birbhum. Additionally, it implements a sapling plantation programme in phases, planting more than 2000 saplings each year. These initiatives aim to support and uplift the backward class and contribute to environmental conservation in the region.

  • Women Empowerment Programme

    Smile on Wheels is a mobile Women Empowerment programme operating at a national level. It delivers corrective and preventive healthcare services directly to the underserved populations residing in remote rural villages and urban slums. In addition to providing healthcare, the programme also focuses on instilling health-seeking behaviour among these communities. By bringing healthcare services to their doorsteps, Smile on Wheels aims to empower women and improve the overall well-being of deprived populations.

  • Global Musical Conference in foreign stage – “Aikatan”

    The Oasis Foundation, in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Calcutta Endeavour and local Rotary Clubs, organises "Aikatan," Global Musical Conferences in various countries abroad. These conferences serve as platforms for cultural exchange programmes, where Indian art and culture are promoted to international audiences. Through these initiatives, the Foundation aims to showcase the richness of Indian traditions and foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of Indian art forms outside the boundaries of India.

  • Global Musical Annual Festival – “Satgurucharana”

    The Oasis Foundation hosts the annual Global Musical Festival called "Satgurucharana." This vibrant event brings together renowned artists from various regions of India and abroad who showcase their talents through captivating performances. The festival serves as a platform for cultural exchange and collaboration, uniting artists from different parts of the world. Through "Satgurucharana," the Foundation celebrates the diversity and richness of music, creating a memorable experience for both the artists and the audience.
