  • Online Classes Programme

    The organisation conducts structured online courses every Sunday morning, focusing on in-depth teachings of the Bhagavad Gita rooted in Advaita philosophy, following Adi Sankaracharya's commentary on each verse. Additionally, on Saturdays, it offers classes in English on Panchadashi, an esteemed text in Advaita Vedanta authored by Swami Vidyaranya, aiming to introduce participants to this profound philosophy from the 13th/14th centuries.

  • Yaksha Prashna Training Programme

    The organisation hosted a week-long residential camp at Arsha Vidya Gurukulam, Coimbatore, focusing on Yaksha Prashna, a profound section from the Mahabharata. This section delves into various ethical, existential, and philosophical topics such as self-knowledge, truth-seeking, life's principles, and the requisites for such pursuits. The camp featured daily hour-long Vedanta classes, guided morning meditation sessions, and evening Satsang with bhajans and interactive Q&A sessions, all overseen by Swami Sarvananda.

  • Upadesha Saram Programme

    The organisation conducted a week-long camp in September 2016, focusing on Upadesha Saram, a compilation of 30 verses by the revered saint Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi. These verses encapsulate teachings imparted by Lord Shiva to a group of ritual-bound Rishis, emphasizing the transcendence from mere ritualistic pursuits towards self-knowledge. They highlight the human predicament of dissatisfaction and emphasize tapping into the inherent happiness within oneself. Covering a range of topics such as action, likes and dislikes, harmony, karma yoga, devotion, contemplation, non-duality, and self-enquiry, these verses directly address the core issue of the ego or ahankara, offering potent methods for its resolution.

  • Gurukulam Style Residential Camp Programme

    In May 2016, the organisation hosted a Gurukulam-style residential camp for kids aged 10 to 15. Led by instructors well-versed in the Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads from teachings by Pujya Sri Swami Dayananda Saraswati, the camp aimed to instill character, Indian cultural reverence, and values fostering emotional growth. It balanced learning with enjoyment, promoting skill development, adventure, and responsibility. The focus was on shaping young minds by combining experienced mentors, diverse activities, and traditional values in a secure and enriching environment. This seven-day camp at the serene Gurukulam featured talks, activities, games, and films, creating a space for self-discovery, confidence, and teamwork.

  • Yoga Course Programme

    In February 2016, the organisation held a thorough 200-hour, 30-day Yoga Teacher Training Course, emphasizing both Hatha Yoga for the body and Jnana/Vedanta for the mind and spirituality. The course covered traditional Hatha Yoga practices daily for about 4 hours, accompanied by dual daily sessions on Vedanta/Yoga Sutra. Alongside, there were classes on Sanskrit prayers and phonetics, evening Satsangs featuring Mahabharata stories and bhajans, discussions on Indian culture, and daily Q&A sessions. Human anatomy sessions tailored for Yoga were included, guided by a professor. The initial weeks focused on postures and breathing, followed by perfecting postures and helping peers, and culminating in training students to become competent instructors. The programme also included Yoga anatomy classes and organized visits to nearby spiritual sites during weekly breaks.
